About The Position
The University of Colorado Athletics department encourages applications for a Senior Associate Athletic Director, Compliance! This position reports directly to the Athletics Director and is a member of the executive team. The Senior Associate Athletic Director, Compliance will have responsibility for supervising all areas of the University of Colorado's comprehensive NCAA compliance program, including: rules education, monitoring, financial aid, interpretations of NCAA Bylaws and investigating and reporting of potential NCAA and Big 12 rules violations. Has oversight of NCAA reporting, internal and external compliance audits and additional conference requirements. Also serves as a liaison to specific campus committees tied to athletics compliance. This position is responsible for promoting the philosophy and objectives of the intercollegiate athletics program. This shall include adhering to the principles of the Athletics Department's Mission Statement, Core Values, Policies and Procedures, as well as the rules and regulations of the University, the Big 12 Conference and the NCAA.
