Requirements

• Graduate from reputable universities majoring in Accounting with excellent academic results (minimum GPA 3.00).
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in Public Accounting Firm, especially in Big Accounting Firm is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and/or PSAK.
• Able to start immediately.
• Detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-moving, challenging and multi-tasking environment.
• Willing to work hard, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
• Able to work individually and in a team.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Completed or in-progress professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engagement teams to perform a variety of audit, assurance and compliance work for a portfolio of diversified clients in different industries.
• Guide and mentor team members and review their work.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with clients and assist Managers in engagement.
• Actively seek out developmental opportunities for growth and act as strong brand ambassadors for the firm.
• Respect the needs of colleagues and build cooperative relationships.
• Understand the goals of internal and external stakeholders to set personal priorities and align team work to achieve objectives.
• Challenge themselves, collaborate with others to deliver on tasks and take accountability for results.
• Build productive relationships and communicate effectively to positively influence teams and stakeholders.
• Offer insights based on a solid understanding of what makes Deloitte successful.
• Project integrity and confidence while motivating others through team collaboration and recognising individual strengths.
