About The Position

The Senior Associate, Art Director for Brand Creative at Capital One is responsible for designing environmental branding and experiential marketing initiatives that enhance the brand's presence in various physical spaces. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or military experience.
• At least 3 years of professional design experience in relevant industries and channels.
• At least 3 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
• At least 2 years of experience with 3D or spatial design software (Adobe Substance, Sketchup, etc.).
• At least 1 year of experience with digital design software (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).

Nice To Haves

• Portfolio of creative work with descriptions of creative strategy.
• Experience in premium, luxury, spatial design, branded environments, and/or travel industries.
• Experience in storyboarding, sketching, or wireframing CX and UI/UX.

Responsibilities

• Design for a range of channels, primarily focusing on branded environments.
• Own the design process from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and various marketing partners.
• Drive brand consistency and recognition through creative work.
• Use strategy to inform creative decisions and adapt to varying briefs and business goals.
