About The Position

The CSD Business Applications team is seeking an IT professional with practical experience in developing, testing, and maintaining business applications. This role requires a good understanding of programming languages, development frameworks, and software engineering principles. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing, and delivering innovative solutions in alignment with L3Harris business objectives, ensuring the stability and performance of production systems, and actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders and managed service providers to design, configure, test, and enhance operational systems, ensuring they are efficient, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
Assist configuration and deployment of new systems or upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Facilitate collection and documentation of business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Validate deliverables against requirements and support UAT feedback loops.
Build strong internal and external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements.
