Maintain OEM and Application Portal configuration, manage user accounts and portal access, ensure information exchange, coordinate connectivity issues and software problem resolution. Retrieve, archive, version-control, and distribute the latest OEM maintenance and operations manuals, and manage up-to-date publications for both on-site and remote personnel to ensure timely access to new releases. Develop user technical instruction guides to provide clear and effective department documentation for system usage, troubleshooting, and best practices. Provide support for subscription coverage and renewals, including identifying content updates and releases, and assisting with subscription-related inquiries. Oversee development, formatting, and presentation of department contract deliverables and metrics for consistency and professionalism. Prototype and evaluate new or modified department technologies to meet department operational needs. Serve as department technology POC for program and network/PC support, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades. Administer software and permissions, ensuring secure handling of department information and physical media on and off the network in compliance with company policies. Coordinate aircraft maintenance and operations publications change requests, error reporting, and documentation updates. Provide technical support to program staff for company software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe, SAP, BSI, Fortis and M3 history) and assist with IT tickets, new assets, or upgrades for team members. Coordinate with Offsites for team communications and manage Program email Distribution lists.
