About The Position

EXL Health is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Assistant Vice President (SAVP) – Marketing & Content Strategy to lead and scale marketing efforts for its Payment Integrity (PI) Strategic Growth Unit (SGU). This high-impact leadership role is responsible for translating PI’s innovation, capabilities, and outcomes into a compelling global market presence. The SAVP will serve as the primary interface between the PI business unit and the Corporate Marketing function, shaping a unified go-to-market narrative and ensuring high-impact execution across channels. This leader will own the end-to-end marketing agenda for PI, encompassing thought leadership, large-scale integrated campaigns, industry events (conferences, seminars, roundtables), and strategic content development. A key aspect of the role is to ensure alignment between PI growth priorities and enterprise-wide marketing objectives, while also building and mentoring high-performing teams, managing the PI marketing portfolio, and maintaining clear accountability through measurable outcomes and performance tracking. This position is critical for positioning Payment Integrity as a differentiated, market-leading solution and accelerating SGU growth.
