About The Position

Are you looking to make a difference in the well-being of others? This position centers on buying Fitness & Personal Care. It encompasses categories such as fitness equipment, fitness accessories, dental care, massage, mirrors, in-home care, mobility solutions, health, grooming, and more. The ideal candidate will be eager to collaborate with a diverse range of National Brands and limited distribution brands. Success in this role requires effectively managing a large volume of SKUs with an omni-channel approach, ensuring seamless integration across different sales and marketing platforms. This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at the West Chester headquarters several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, or DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent superhero-level business experience in corporate buying)
1+ years of hands-on experience in related fields—a solid foundation ready to build a phenomenal future
Understanding of Retail Math

Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks for Wellness Weekly Sales Recap, WDD & TS Recaps
Pull weekly reporting: Sales, Inventory, and future shows
Create item #'s and purchase orders
Take ownership of one of the Categories, example: Personal Care
Identify and negotiate products, prices, and terms to deliver sales results across multiple platforms.
Understanding of Retail Math
Translate product and customer trends into relevant ideas, concepts, products, and shows that appeal to HSN customers
Communicate with vendors and teams, strengthening internal and external relationships
Work with National brands and HSN Exclusive brands
