About The Position

As a Senior Asset Protection Manager at Lowe's, you will oversee safety and asset protection programs across multiple stores. Your role will involve ensuring that the store operational leadership team delivers friendly, professional, and timely service to customers. You will also be responsible for addressing inventory shrink, championing strategic asset protection plans, and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards. This position requires frequent travel between stores within the district.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related field OR equivalent experience.
• 5 years of relevant work experience in retail or asset protection.
• 3 years of experience conducting retail investigations.
• 2 years of experience supervising employees, including coaching and performance management.
• 1 year of experience conducting quality reviews/audits.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• National certified training program (e.g., Wicklander-Zuwalski or Reed training).
• Professional accreditation (e.g., LPQ, LPC) or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in retail management influencing business leaders.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing business documents (e.g., P&L, exception reports).
• Experience using physical security systems (e.g., CCTV, EAS).

Responsibilities

• Help the Store Operational Leadership team ensure associates deliver quality customer service.
• Oversee trends and solutions to address inventory shrink across multiple stores.
• Champion strategic asset protection plans to improve safety and security outcomes.
• Ensure stores adhere to OSHA standards and support OSHA investigations.
• Train and coach associates on Asset Protection programs.
• Monitor overall store safety.
