About The Position
Senior Asset Manager will oversee and assist with logistics, supply chain management, fleet operations, and property acquisition and management for construction projects in the United States Virgin Islands. This multifaceted role involves strong coordination between suppliers, subcontractors, internal teams, and clients to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials, equipment, and resources to various job sites while also being responsible for optimizing the company’s portfolio of assets through acquiring, leasing, and managing properties needed for both employee housing and operational use, including office spaces, warehouses, and lay-down yards. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage both logistical and real estate operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be experienced in construction logistics, fleet management, and have a strong background in real estate acquisition, property management, and familiarity with the real estate market in the U.S. Virgin Islands, particularly in the context of construction-related operations and employee housing with a focus on optimizing costs and operations in a construction setting.
