We are looking for a talented individual to perform a variety of production assembly operations, ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive tasks, involving hardware such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. This role includes complex rework, soldering, wiring, and testing capabilities, allowing you to showcase your technical expertise.

Requirements

Educational and Technical Skills: High school diploma or equivalent education, with the ability to read and comprehend technical work instructions.
Soldering and Certification: Soldering experience and the ability to become J-Std certified within the first 30 days of employment.
Physical and Work Requirements: Ability to lift and move materials up to 35 pounds, work with hazardous materials, and work overtime as required.

Nice To Haves

Technical Proficiency and Experience: Proficient in using a personal computer to navigate online documents, drawings, and instructions, with a minimum of 6 years of industry or similarly related job experience.
Team Collaboration: Prior experience working in a team-oriented environment.

Procedure Adherence: Perform assembly operations using established procedures, work instructions, schematics, and other approved documentation, ensuring precision and consistency in your work.
Flexibility and Responsibility: Embrace additional responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating your adaptability and commitment to the team's success. You will have the authority to carry out all assigned tasks, empowering you to make a significant impact.
