About The Position

We’re seeking a highly talented Senior Art Director to help lead and elevate our creative output. In this role, you’ll shape the visual vision and bring it to life across impactful, multi-channel campaigns. Working closely with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Strategists, and Account teams, you’ll ensure every execution is not only visually compelling but strategically aligned to our clients’ brands and business objectives.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in art direction within an advertising agency, preferably healthcare
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across different media, with a focus on successful campaigns and innovative design
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional visual design and conceptual thinking abilities
  • Understanding of agency processes to ensure smooth workflow and project success
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Experience using AI-powered creative tools (e.g., generative design, image creation, and workflow optimization tools) to enhance concepting and production
  • Meticulous eye for detail, ensuring all work is of the highest quality
  • A collaborative spirit and willingness to work as a team member

  • Graphic Design, Fine Arts or Advertising degree

Responsibilities

  • Contribute innovative ideas during conceptual exercises for existing brands and new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with Copywriters and Creative Directors to develop innovative and effective advertising campaigns across various media channels, including print, digital, social, and broadcast
  • Participate in art planning, production, and procurement processes
  • Offer strategic and tactical solutions to address client challenges
  • Assist in the development of compelling tactics and presentations for new business pitches
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, offering feedback and fostering a collaborative environment within the creative team
  • Maintain the highest standards of visual quality across all deliverables, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and industry best practices
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, including emerging AI-driven creative solutions, to bring fresh, innovative ideas into your work
