As a FLEX Senior Art Director, you will be responsible for defining and delivering high-quality visual storytelling across Marriott Media’s partner campaigns and brand marketing initiatives. This role brings creative and design vision across digital, video, experiential, and B2B channels while ensuring work is aligned to Marriott Bonvoy brand standards and business objectives. This position operates across two primary lanes of work: 1. Partner campaigns delivered through the Marriott Media Network 2. Marketing initiatives for Marriott Media, including brand marketing, sales enablement, experiential activations, and B2B campaigns As part of Riott Haus Creative, Marriott’s in-house agency, the Senior Manager, Art Director collaborates closely with Creative Directors, Project Management, Sales, Media, and Platform teams to concept, design, and execute work that is both creatively compelling and operationally sound. This role requires a strong design point of view, hands-on execution skills, and the ability to lead creative work across multiple formats and timelines.
