About The Position

The position requires a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of experience in consumer-facing marketing, particularly for CPG brands. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in home décor and renovation, along with some DIY experience. The role demands the ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and strong persuasive presentation skills are essential. The candidate should possess expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and be able to concept and design within both print and digital creative spaces.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years' experience in consumer-facing marketing, preferably for CPG brands.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong, persuasive presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the print and digital processes.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Ability to concept and design within both print and digital creative space.

Responsibilities

  • Design for diverse brands across various channels in 360-degree touchpoints, closely guarding brand standards.
  • Partner with copywriters on a variety of deliverables: websites, email, social, packaging, POP/merchandising, B2B and B2C collateral, print advertising, and trade shows.
  • Manage a high-volume, fluid workload to accommodate shifting priorities of the business, communicating regularly with teammates and internal stakeholders to maintain schedules.
  • Collaborate with brand, product and digital marketing managers who are both onsite and in other offices.
  • Proactively investigate complications and seek solutions to design challenges to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Prepare technically accurate files for online publication and print production and work closely with developers and production managers to ensure successful launches.
  • Leverage a strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy across multiple pieces within a brand.
