About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Area Innovation Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will lead efforts to drive healthcare access and innovation through advanced artificial intelligence platforms. You will be pivotal in aligning strategies and partnerships that enhance usage and develop solutions at various healthcare facilities across a significant geographical region. Your expertise will empower cross-functional teams and ensure that innovative tools are effectively utilized, changing the landscape of healthcare delivery.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years of relevant experience, OR Associate's Degree AND 6+ years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in enterprise-level technical sales, preferably in life sciences or healthcare.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals consistently, with strong results in previous roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.com, and proficiency in O365 suite.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas by driving product adoption through the delivery of clinical and economic value of AI platforms.
  • Understand and communicate the AI landscape, positioning products as leaders in the healthcare sector.
  • Develop solutions to complex problems faced by accounts, enabling effective product adoption and sales growth.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals to facilitate sales and product utilization.
  • Conduct training and demonstrations to enhance understanding and proficiency in the AI tools.
