You’ll provide leadership, mentor junior architects, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality designs. You’ll also represent the firm in meetings with clients, agencies, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8–15 years of experience working on complex urban and mixed-use projects
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Rhino/Enscape
  • Licensure preferred or in progress

Responsibilities

  • Lead design development and documentation for large-scale mixed-use and residential projects (50,000–1M+ SF)
  • Guide and coordinate teams across disciplines, including structural, MEP, and façade consultants
  • Represent the firm in client, agency, and community meetings
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth
  • Oversee zoning, coordination, and construction administration tasks
  • Contribute to the firm’s learning and studio culture
