Our team explores and provides solutions for deeply complex problems by conducting research in areas of Recommender Systems, Machine Learning, Data Science, NLP and Information Retrieval. We work closely with the product teams in order to bring state of the art technology to production environment. Our team develops state-of-the-art recommendations systems, including deep learning based retrieval systems for personalized recommendations, machine learned ranking models, GenAI/LLM powered recommendations. We are building cutting edge recommender systems powered by the latest ML, NLP, LLM/GenAI/RAG and AI technologies. As a senior researcher in our group you are expected to own the full lifecycle of your work: from understanding the business problem, to conducting the research to find the right ML approach, to production deployment. Think, full-stack researcher / data scientist. Moreover, we see great importance in publishing our work in scientific top-tier conferences (RECSYS, NIPS, WWW, WSDM, SIGIR, EMNLP, and others).
