TISTA is seeking a Senior Applications/Systems Analyst who is eager to make a positive impact for millions of people. The position involves configuring, maintaining, and supporting the SharePoint platform, focusing on ITSM, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM). The analyst will ensure adherence to security and governance strategies within the VA M365 tenant and will be responsible for the development and support of the Power Platform, including Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agent, as well as Office 365 integration and migration of SharePoint sites within the VA M365 tenant.

  • Configure, maintain, and support the SharePoint platform.
  • Focus on ITSM, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
  • Ensure overall security and governance strategy adheres to the VA M365 tenant guardrails.
  • Develop and support Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent) and Office 365 integration.
  • Migrate SharePoint sites within the VA M365 tenant.
  • Extensive experience with multiple tools for site management, modernization, migration, and integrated solutions.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current software tools for SharePoint site migrations, such as Sharegate.
  • Extensive experience in working with customer requirements and troubleshooting SharePoint Online sites.
  • Experience in Level 3 SharePoint tenant-level triage.
  • Intermediate business process automation skills and basic workflow skills.
  • Data analytics experience (Intermediate/Novice).
  • Knowledge of solution architecture and system integration (SharePoint Online).
  • Ability to identify and analyze business processes for automation.
  • Ability to design automation processes.
  • Knowledge of low-level computer languages (web-based).
  • Basic coding skills in any programming languages.
  • Testing skills to test automated processes.
