Position Summary This position primarily oversees the processes and the Team responsible for the system implementation, data quality assurance, support, post property onboarding services, conversion vendor management, and process improvement for all requirements pertaining to new property onboarding (takeovers) and dispositions. Because of the scope of the role, this position is the primary oversight and/or liaison to the business leadership for the Accounting, Client Services, and Property Operations departments. Success in this role requires strong technical, application, Team management, communication, documentation, organization, innovation, and cross-departmental partnering skills.
