This role provides expert-level support and advanced configuration across Guild's Workday HCM ecosystem, working collaboratively with the Senior Manager and Workday Architect to deliver escalated support, functional configurations, and integration development. You will serve as a trusted technical partner to business owners and HR stakeholders, contributing your expertise to ensure our Workday environment is functionally sound, optimally configured, and aligned with the team's strategic roadmap.
