As an Application Developer, you will: Develop and Maintain Supplier Management Features : Build and enhance modules that streamline supplier onboarding, monitor supplier risk and compliance, and facilitate robust supplier relationship management. Modernize Web Interfaces : Use cutting-edge technologies—including HTML5, JavaScript, JSON, and CSS—to help transform and optimize the user interface, delivering a modern and responsive experience. Build Cloud Native Applications : Develop and deploy microservices in a cloud native environment (using containers and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes), ensuring scalability and high availability. Leverage AI Tools in Development : Learn to utilize AI-powered tools throughout the software development lifecycle—including coding assistants, automated code review, and intelligent testing frameworks—to enhance code quality, accelerate development, and support creative problem solving. Write clean and maintainable code to ensure reliability, performance, and security. Foster Innovation and Creativity : Engage in innovation initiatives such as AI agent hackathons, collaborating with teammates in a supportive and creative environment.

Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain complex, high-quality, and secure code, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
Design technical solutions and features based on external specifications, taking full ownership of implementation and delivery.
Independently troubleshoot and resolve moderate to complex issues, including real-time incidents in customer environments.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional, dynamic teams.
Continuously learn and work with the latest technologies, actively sharing knowledge and adapting to evolving project needs.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and accountability for assigned features and deliverables.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
