The position requires a thorough understanding of Sales Force Service Cloud capabilities, including but not limited to LWC, Aura, Rest/SOAP API, etc. The candidate will follow Lean Agile Methodology to deliver highly functional solutions on the Service Cloud. It is essential to understand the needs of the Product Owner or Technical Lead to provide solutions that support their requested functionality. The role involves participating in product user story grooming and technical work breakdown, including estimates and story pointing. The candidate will lead and assist other developers through sprint and project deliverables and work with the Product Team to develop technical designs, including process flows and use case definitions. Following Salesforce best practices throughout the development and deployment cycles is crucial. This position allows for remote work, and telecommuting is required, meaning the employee may live anywhere in the United States.
