Envestnet is seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer to join our technology team. This is a hybrid role, with in-office work required at our Berwyn office location. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields or relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of overall experience in developing or supporting applications.
• 5+ years of experience development/support experience in Java and .NET in a cloud Environment.
• 2+ years of experience in investment management and securities trading services or related industries.
• Experience working in Jira, Confluence, Splunk, and New Relic or other APM tools.
• Cloud certifications and understanding of AI to augment and manage daily support activities.

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of experience in developing SQL Queries and data analysis is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience working in private or public cloud is preferred.
• Track record on automation experience is helpful to have.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands on support and monitoring on Envestnet Wealth Application issues primarily in the Cloud environment.
• Run the application in debug mode to recreate complex issues and decode underlying business logic.
• Continually evaluate our mission-critical wealth management SaaS application with an emphasis on stability and performance.
• Design and develop tightly integrated custom monitoring solutions for the Wealth Management platform using New relic.
• Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps in Confluence.
• Develop strong, trust-based relationships with critical internal teams and manage production support escalations.
• Participate in on call rotation, including some weekend support and hand-off of issues between onsite and offshore.
• Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
• Understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.
