The visitor access application is a widely used system that enables regular courthouse visitors to apply for badges, allowing for faster entry while generating considerable revenue for the department. However, the application is currently outdated and carries significant technical debt. The objective of this project is to modernize the application, eliminate technical debt, enhance security, and improve user experience and usability. Scheduled Milestones and Deliverables Participate in the Agile development process managed by the department, contributing to the backlog of prioritized development items. Deliver tested, deployable code at the conclusion of each Agile Sprint. Provide timely resolution of assigned support tickets, ensuring quality assurance (QA) review and acceptance. Deliver integration services as agreed upon by the development team, typically within a one- to two-week timeframe for new data queries or service integrations.
