The position involves collaborating with business analysts, business users, and external systems integrators to conceptualize and develop new technical objects within the applications environment, supporting current or future Enterprise systems integrations. The role requires performing software development lifecycle activities, evaluating requirements from functional specifications, and creating efficient technical integration designs. Additionally, the candidate will analyze, evaluate, and support the impact of Oracle release upgrades in existing integrations, adhering to IS standards for code development and promotion. The position also entails developing complex technical objects according to technical development standards and best practices, mitigating risks associated with high complexity projects, and providing generalized production technical support. The candidate will gather business requirements, recommend industry best practices, and work with functional knowledge holders to design, develop, deploy, test, and maintain technical objects in the Enterprise Applications environment, including interfaces and system integrations. The role includes creating process flows, high-level functional and detailed technical design specifications, and providing customer support for business-critical application problems. The candidate will coordinate with DBA and infrastructure teams for application change controls and system performance issues, assist with testing and deployment of updates, and conduct research into new technologies. The position requires 10% domestic travel and is hybrid, allowing periodic work from home within reasonable commuting distance of the Cleveland, OH office. Multiple openings are available.
