The Sr. Application and Integration Support Engineer, IT, Support Center provides strategic oversight, technical leadership, and advanced problem resolution for enterprise applications across Windows and Linux environments, with periodic involvement in mobile application deployment. In addition to resolving complex technical challenges, deploying advanced solutions, leading application releases, mentoring junior team members, and establishing operational best practices, the Sr. Application and Integration Support Engineer actively collaborates with cross-functional teams and engages with vendors to drive successful project outcomes. The Sr. Application and Integration Support Engineer ensures application availability, performance, and scalability while championing continuous process and system improvements across the IT landscape. Serving as a subject matter expert, the Sr. Application and Integration Support Engineer contributes to departmental initiatives, leads vendor interactions, and plays a key role in cross-functional projects to align technology solutions with business objectives. This is a remote position that can be home-based anywhere within the United States.
