Enterprise - Senior Application Engineer - Kubernetes, ECS, GenAI
About The Position
We are seeking an Application Engineer to be part of the Secure the Enterprise initiative who will develop capabilities to shift from the current manual system security evaluation and authorization process to a new model that emphasizes automation, streamlined processes and approvals, continuous monitoring and assessment, and network data gathering across the entire life cycle of a project. This position will provide application engineering support to evaluate the utility and effectiveness of large language models in the ATO process. Successful candidates will have significant expertise with development operations, including containerization and container orchestration; and/or significant expertise in integrating large language models within existing business processes. While deep experience in one discipline is sufficient to begin, the candidate must ultimately demonstrate the technical ability and willingness to master the complementary field. This position may allow for telework based on program requirements.
Requirements
- Twelve (12) years minimum experience and a High School Diploma/GED.
- Ten (10) years minimum experience and an Associate's Degree.
- Eight (8) years minimum experience and a Bachelor's Degree.
- Six (6) years minimum experience and a Master's Degree.
- Four (4) years minimum experience and a Doctorate's Degree.
- Kubernetes
- ECS within the AWS ecosystem
- GenAI experience
- Risk Management Framework
- A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required.
- Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
