Here, you will make an impact by: Partnering with our global OEM sales team to drive specification of Thinsulate™ and Scotchgard™ into apparel projects Supporting the retail sales team in winning account placement for Scotch-Brite™ products across Lint and Bath categories Delivering training to customers (including key accounts), sales representatives, consumers, and internal colleagues, and developing product literature and video content to support education and adoption Analyzing consumer needs, providing insights on the competitive product landscape and product performance, and supporting new product development Organizing testing and maintaining application engineering lab equipment to run product experiments and reporting out findings Providing relevant technical advice to delight customers and consumers when they use Scotch-Brite™, Thinsulate™, and Scotchgard™ products

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Two (2) years of experience in a technical support role in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Current, valid Driver’s License.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Engineering or a Science from an accredited institution
  • Five (5) years of combined experience working within a test laboratory, or engineering environment in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse and global teams
  • Experience developing market assessments and executive briefings
  • Experience working with textiles and textile science in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Two years of experience in Application Engineering
