4 Year Bachelors BS degree AND 4+ years equivalent experience.

4 Year Bachelors BS AND 8+ years equivalent experience.

Advanced Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves intricate technical challenges by analyzing multiple information sources and applying innovative solutions.
Application Processes: Supports the commercial group in proposal creation, technical support of commercial offers, and customer presentations. Creates product specifications, software and application literature for Minor Scope Projects/Systems.
Project Management: Leads small to medium sized engineering projects, coordinating resources and timelines to achieve project objectives.
Technical Leadership: Guides the design and implementation of complex application systems, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
Application Development: Fully proficient with application software and associated operator interface/HMI software. Capable to structure application software and develop innovative solutions.
Resolve Technical Challenges: Guides cross functional teams in diagnosing and addressing complex technical issues using innovative and analytical approaches.
Develop Technology Solutions: Designs and implements advanced application solutions to enhance product functionality and operational efficiency.
Lead Complex Projects: Directs medium to largescale application engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to technical standards.
Strategic Planning: Provides expert recommendations to senior management on technology best practices and strategic improvements for processes and services.
