Requirements

• Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field plus five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and three (3) years of related experience.
• Work Experience. Three (3) years of experience must include: Agile/Scrum development environment; Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); Unit testing; Integration testing; Version Control, including Git or Subversion; RESTful APIs; Web Services; NodeJS; Object Oriented Programming; MVC application architecture; Java; JSON; and Python.

• Responsibilities. Responsible for supporting services development through production via software platform development, and automate system scalability and continually work to improve system resiliency, performance and efficiency. Design and implement extensions to our existing DevOps, Containers and CI/CD tools. Deploy/implement new instances of our product in the cloud through Ansible/Terraform templates and/or on-prem setup. Monitor and manage cloud and data center operations of SaaS and Enterprise IT applications and environments, ensuring system performance objectives are being maintained. Use Agile method. Scrum to organize project deliverables, to track and to report progress. Support operations, meeting reliability and capacity requirements. Participate in rotating on-call duties. Participate in timely post-mortems of production incidents.
