Portland, OR. Senior Application Developer Optimize and enhance solutions for efficiency and cost reduction in operations. Work closely with business analysts, architects, and other developers to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our enterprise work and asset management business partners. Lead development of solutions in Maximo and other work and asset management related systems. Lead and/or execute the design and build of integration components and interfaces. Apply best practices and standards to ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and provide root cause analysis and recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements and user expectations. Lead and/or contribute to system designs and architectures aligning business needs and technical strategies. Lead and participate in decisions about tools, methods and approaches. Mentor and coach developers and share your knowledge and expertise. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies.
