Senior Application Developer Analyst JOB LOCATION: 350 Campus Drive, Marlborough, MA 01752 DUTIES: Participate in the management of the design, development, and enhancement of the applications and software platforms supported by the development team. Apply technical vision and experience to design innovative and pragmatic solutions. Apply leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams through the project lifecycle, culminating in successful application deployments. Function as a team liaison and interface with all levels of management and the business user community. Serve as a mentor and training resource for other team members. Evolve standards and processes based on industry best practices and compliance standards. Provide on-call support (as needed) for our applications. Responsible for developing applications and processes in a manner to provide an exemplary Internal & External customer experience.
