This is a remote position for candidates residing in Florida only, allowing them to work from home. However, there may be occasional situations that require work to be performed on-site at an assigned Lee Health location. The role is responsible for advising the organization on best practices within the ServiceNow platform to create lasting value and enhance experiences. Key responsibilities include delivering proof of concept and final capability demonstrations of ServiceNow development to stakeholders, designing, developing, and implementing new features, modules, and functionalities within ServiceNow to enhance business processes and workflows, and configuring and integrating ServiceNow with other third-party applications and systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability. Additionally, the role involves performing system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in alignment with industry best practices, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions to ensure optimal uptime and availability. Staying current with emerging ServiceNow features, capabilities, and best practices is essential, as is providing mentorship, guidance, and support to other technical team members.

  • Advise organization on best practices within the ServiceNow platform to create lasting value and enhance experiences.
  • Deliver proof of concept and final capability demonstrations of ServiceNow development to stakeholders.
  • Design, develop, and implement new features, modules, and functionalities within ServiceNow to enhance business processes and workflows.
  • Configure and integrate ServiceNow with other third-party applications and systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in alignment with industry best practices.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure optimal uptime and availability.
  • Stay current of emerging ServiceNow features, capabilities, and best practices and recommend solutions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to other technical team members.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
  • Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow Business Rules and the scripting aspect of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
  • Demonstrated experience with various ServiceNow Platform areas such as IT Service Management, Service Portfolio Management (ITBM), IT Operations Management, and Core Platform.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
