About The Position

Prime Healthcare is actively seeking a Senior Application Analyst (HRIS) to join our corporate team. This role involves overseeing the design, development, testing, training, and support of Infor Lawson HR modules (GHR, TA, PM, ES, and MS). The Analyst will work under minimal direction and supervision, requiring independent judgment and discretion in maintaining and enhancing the system while providing day-to-day support. The position entails collaboration with HR, IT, and other departments to identify and address system issues, implement upgrades, and provide technical support and training to end-users. The Analyst will also generate and maintain reports, configure system modules to meet the organization's needs, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Additionally, the Analyst will perform complex design and analysis tasks related to hospital business operations and act as a mentor to other team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Lawson's Lawson Talent Management (LTM) module including Global HR, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition.
  • Five (5) years of HRIS or HR generalist experience required.
  • Proven hands-on experience of Lawson HCM system implementation in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules, and benefits procedures.
  • Experience with HRIS database design, structure, functions, processes, and tools.
  • Experience in data conversion techniques and methodologies.
  • Experience with Time and Attendance systems like Kronos or JBDev.
  • Strong knowledge of developing interfaces with third party vendors.
  • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Nice To Haves

  • At least Five (5) years of job-related experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Six (6) plus years of hands-on IT systems/Technology experience.
  • Knowledge of On-Base Document Management System.
