About The Position

The Employee will help our organization to identify and bridge the gap that exists in the business by analyzing the data, scale and support digital transformation initiatives. We are seeking experienced Senior Application Administrators to support large-scale Tableau and data warehouse initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application administration, data analytics, and dashboard design, with proven expertise in leading data-driven projects and teams.

Requirements

• Experience implementing client-facing, large-scale Tableau and data warehouse solutions.
• Strong background in migrating from legacy to modern data platforms.
• Ability to articulate, define, and execute a strategic vision for architecture and analytics.
• Proven expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, Tableau Server, and Tableau Cloud administration.
• Strong skills in dashboard and data visualization design.
• Advanced expertise in data analysis and data discovery.
• Leadership, communication, and management skills to effectively guide a data analytics team.

• Experience working in the public sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced expertise for the administration, configuration, and support of applications.
• Manage application deployment processes and strategies that align with enterprise standards for monitoring, lifecycle management, failover, disaster recovery, and security.
• Ensure seamless integration with enterprise architecture services, APIs, identity management, document repositories, and related services.
• Design and implement failover processes and strategies to meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Develop integration strategies and validation processes with built-in audit capabilities.
• Enforce development standards, best practices, and governance in Tableau.
• Lead and mentor a data analytics team to deliver high-quality solutions.
