About the position
The Senior Appian Developer position is focused on the development and implementation of applications using the Appian platform. The role requires extensive experience in software development, particularly with Appian's BPM capabilities, and involves leading a team to resolve technical issues while building applications to specification.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement applications using the Appian platform.
- Design solutions utilizing Appian's features and components.
- Build applications to specification, ensuring adherence to design requirements.
- Lead offshore teams and assist in resolving technical issues.
- Create and manage reports using Appian's reporting tools.
- Utilize Appian's built-in adapters and develop custom adapters as needed.
- Ensure security and proper management of Appian Group types and processes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of development and implementation experience with Appian.
- 4 years of software development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Appian BPM platform, including custom plugins, SAIL, CDT, and process/interface design.
- Strong understanding of Appian components such as Tempo, Mobility Features, and Smart Services.
- Experience in designing and developing reports in Appian.
- Appian Associate Level certification.
