Join our team to help shape the future of an ever-growing, ever-evolving brand! ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Senior Buyer – Contemporary Ready-to-Wear Categories: Bottoms & Denim Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid – In Office 4 Days/Week) - THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION The Role As the Senior Buyer, Contemporary Ready-to-Wear, you’ll lead the vision, strategy, and product curation for Bottoms and Denim—two of the most critical categories in our brand mix. You’ll bring a sharp contemporary lens, a deep understanding of trend, and a customer-first mindset to build assortments that feel modern, accessible, and effortlessly cool.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of buying experience in Contemporary Women’s Ready-to-Wear, ideally focused on Bottoms, Denim, or related categories.
  • Proven ability to analyze business performance and translate insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Strong retail math and planning acumen; Excel proficiency required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 20–30% travel for markets and vendor appointments.
  • In-office presence required 4 days per week in our Minneapolis HQ.

Responsibilities

  • Set the Vision: Define and execute a clear category strategy for Bottoms and Denim that aligns with brand priorities and delivers trend-relevant, high-performing assortments.
  • Lead with Taste: Identify the right balance of fashion and function—interpreting key trends through a contemporary lens while ensuring quality, versatility, and commercial success.
  • Drive Business Results: Partner closely with Planning to hit financial goals, manage open-to-buy, and deliver margin and sell-through targets.
  • Develop Product: Collaborate with Design to conceptualize and bring to market exclusive product that enhances the EVEREVE assortment and differentiates the brand.
  • Negotiate with Integrity: Build strong vendor partnerships grounded in mutual respect, while skillfully managing cost, terms, and margin.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work fluidly with peers across categories to ensure a cohesive, balanced, and inspiring total assortment.
  • Pivot with Agility: Anticipate and respond to shifts in trend, inventory, or performance with creative, data-driven solutions.
  • Lead by Example: Champion EVEREVE’s HEART values and help cultivate a culture of curiosity, connection, and growth.
