About The Position

Join the wireless device engineering team to develop mission‑critical Android features for intelligent Wi‑Fi devices. Work in an Agile mobile device software org focused on Connection Manager, Analytics SDK and new Android tech. Must be a creative problem solver, collaborative, and proactive.

Requirements

• 7+ years overall app development; 5+ years Android
• Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering or related
• Extensive production experience with native Android development
• Strong Java, Kotlin, Gradle and Android SDK skills
• Knowledge of TypeScript
• 2+ years web services development (REST/JSON/XML)

Nice To Haves

• AWS and Serverless exposure

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document and troubleshoot Connection Manager and Analytics SDK
• Write clean, stable, extensible, unit‑tested code (Java/Kotlin, Gradle, Android SDK)
• Implement new features following architectural principles in Agile sprints
• Diagnose complex issues and implement effective solutions
• Collaborate with developers, QA, product owners and PMs
• Evaluate/select third‑party products as needed
• Test to ensure adherence to business and technical requirements
