As part of our Marketing Analytics & Insights team, the Senior Analytics Engineer will serve as a key enabler of data-driven decision-making across global marketing teams. You'll be responsible for designing and developing robust analytics solutions that power performance insights, campaign optimization, and commercial effectiveness. This role bridges the gap between raw data and business impact by building high-quality, scalable data models and pipelines for use across Boston Scientific's enterprise marketing ecosystem. At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

  • Build and maintain well-documented, modular SQL pipelines and data products to support core marketing activation & Insights, campaign reporting, and channel performance analysis.
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders, analysts, and IT to gather requirements and translate them into reliable and repeatable data solutions.
  • Lead the development and enhancement of data infrastructure that supports strategic initiatives such as audience segmentation, omnichannel marketing, and ROI analysis.
  • Ensure data integrity through rigorous testing, monitoring, and adherence to data governance standards.
  • Support integration of external vendor data (e.g., media platforms, CRM, analytics tools) with internal enterprise data sources.
  • Use tools like DBT, Snowflake, and Tableau to deliver self-service-ready datasets and intuitive dashboards.
  • Collaborate in an Agile development environment and contribute to continuous improvement across the data product lifecycle.
  • Ensure Data Integrity and Compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Engineering).
  • 6+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or marketing analytics.
  • Deep expertise in SQL and data modeling for marketing or commercial use cases.
  • Hands-on experience with modern data stack tools (e.g., DBT, Snowflake, Airflow).
  • Strong understanding of marketing data sources such as CRM systems, paid media platforms, and web analytics tools.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
