About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytics Engineer</b> to join a centralized analytics engineering team. This team plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making by building robust data models, transformations, and scalable analytics solutions. </p> As a senior individual contributor, you will partner closely with stakeholders across Operations, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver high-quality, production-ready analytics capabilities. This role requires deep technical expertise and hands-on experience with modern data engineering tools, with a strong emphasis on Snowflake and dbt. </p>

Requirements

• BS or MS in Data Science, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field </p>
• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or advanced analytics </p>
• Strong expertise in Snowflake</b> (schema design, performance tuning, advanced SQL) </p>
• Proficiency with dbt</b> and git-based workflows </p>
• Advanced SQL skills and deep understanding of dimensional modeling best practices </p>
• Experience with Python (e.g., pandas) for scripting and exploratory analysis </p>
• Experience building reusable dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tools </p>
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders </p>

Nice To Haves

• Experience with PostgreSQL, InfluxDB, Elasticsearch, or other data stores </p>
• Familiarity with Grafana, Kibana, or Tableau </p>
• Experience working with remote sensing, geospatial data, or RF-related datasets </p>

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dbt-based data models and transformations</b> to support enterprise analytics and reporting needs </p>
• Design, optimize, and maintain Snowflake data warehouse</b> structures for performance, scalability, and reliability </p>
• Translate business requirements into efficient, reusable, and well-documented data solutions </p>
• Build and maintain reusable dashboards, data products, and standardized metrics </p>
• Apply software engineering best practices (version control, CI/CD, testing) to analytics workflows </p>
• Perform deep-dive analyses to answer complex business questions and deliver actionable insights </p>
• Contribute to data architecture strategy, tooling improvements, and analytics engineering best practices </p>
