About The Position

The Senior Analytics Engineer will be part of the Audit Analytics Center for Enablement (C4E) at The Hartford, supporting the Internal Audit Department in assessing the internal and external risk environment. This role involves evaluating controls over key operations across various lines of business and functions, enabling the use of advanced data analytics capabilities to improve audit services. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, data science, or related areas.
• Minimum of 6 years in data analytics or auditing/consulting.
• 4+ years of experience with descriptive and diagnostic-based analytics and supporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL).
• Excellent influencing, collaboration, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, or CISA.
• Broader experience with predictive analytics and native Google and AWS tools.
