About The Position

Senior Analytics Developers for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S (HQ: Chicago, IL) Deliver solutions by writing ETL packages, developing visualizations, performing data and statistical analyses, data warehouse and analytic solutions and administering systems to deliver information to the health system. Gather and scope requirements and recommend analytical solutions to meet business needs. Serve as a functional and content expert of pipelines to synthesize raw data into actionable information, including healthcare claims and eligibility data. Apply knowledge of relational database skills including advanced SQL knowledge and the ability to create complex queries and stored procedures. Query and analyze data and use SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting. Perform solution analysis, design, development, support and structured programming. Mentor junior level staff on analytic tools and solutions and serve as subject matter expert within team and department. Build data pipelines, warehouses & marts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems or related field
  • Four years of experience in ETL/DW/data analytics
  • 4 years with SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting
  • 2 years with SQL Server DB: create complex queries and stored procedures
  • Experience with Tableau/PowerBI/CrystalR/SSRS
  • Experience with SSIS, SSAS, SSMS
  • Ability to gather and scope requirements and recommend analytical solutions
  • Experience mentoring/training junior staff on analytics tools and solutions
  • Experience in an Agile environment
  • Experience in solution analysis, design, development and support
  • Experience in structured programming
