About The Position

The Senior Analytics Business Intelligence Engineer is a technical role focused on designing, developing, and deploying analytics solutions within an Information Services, Analytics, or Engineering organization. This position collaborates with various stakeholders to understand business needs, assess impacts, and translate them into data-driven solutions. The role emphasizes creating innovative visualizations, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing standard practices in data engineering and analytics. The Senior Data Engineer acts as a subject matter expert in specific data domains, particularly in healthcare-related data systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, Informatics, or 4 years of related experience.
  • 5 years of experience in data, analytics, and/or Business Intelligence (BI) tools with direct Enterprise Production ownership.
  • 7 years of experience with SQL, Cloud, Visual Studio, ADO, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency or certification in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) within 6 months of hire.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and writing skills with the ability to interact across functions.
  • Experience in developing data and product roadmaps, UAT, customer support, and user testing.
  • 5 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry, preferably with EMR certifications.

Responsibilities
