Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND a minimum of (2) two years of experience in Software Development in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED from AND a minimum of (6) six years of experience in Software Development in a private, public, government or military environment

Nice To Haves

• (2+) years Software Engineering Experience
• (2+) years Data Analytics Experience
• (2+) years working in an agile development environment
• (2+) years working with databases, including SQL, relational structures, dimensional data modeling, and ETL techniques.
• (2+) years working with BI tools, such as Amazon QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• (2+) years working with BI techniques, such as Filters, Prompts, Templates, Hierarchies, Metrics, and Attributes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and research data and reporting issues
• Demonstrated experience in dashboard and report development, testing, tuning, scheduling report delivery and alerts.
• Work experience in the healthcare industry and/or with healthcare data

Responsibilities

• Leading … Creating healthcare analytics software solutions for HIS products and clients, collaborating within an agile team of engineers and developers
• Implementing …Enterprise scale application, and reporting solutions.
• Determining …the design, coding, and delivery of Solventum HIS products and customer solutions.
• Supporting …Solventum HIS product development for customers across the US and the globe. Working closely with other teams to deliver our data driven products.
• Willingness to be on-call
