Title: Senior Analyst KBR is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our FMS team in support of PMA-261. As a part of one of the world’s largest independent logistics organizations supporting both US Government and commercial agencies, you will be joining a highly talented and experienced KBR Logistics team providing FMS Logistics services to all NAVAIR aviation programs. NAVAIR's PMA-261 manages the cradle to grave procurement, development, support, fielding and disposal of the entire family of H-53 heavy lift helicopters. Role and Responsibilities: The Senior Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following requirements: Provides Configuration Management/Data Management (CM/DM) support for CH-53H Israel program in accordance with PMA-261 Configurations Management Plan. Facilitates the NAVAIR CM Process for FMS. Collects, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft changes. Maintains configuration control of acquisition products and data and tracks configuration changes. Coordinates and supports the development of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Technical Directives (TDs). Provides analysis and subsequent recommendations for proposed engineering changes. Based on identified production deficiencies and operational performance data. Applies and follows government policy processes for documentation, change control management, and data management. Works independently in the performance of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) analysis for aircraft, airborne weapons, and support equipment programs. Assists the government program manager with all aspects of logistics of acquisition and execution by developing and recommending strategies. Participates in Program Management Reviews (PMRs), ILS reviews, meetings, conferences, briefings, and other significant program activities and events occurring to perform ILS analysis in support of specific FMS cases. Basic Qualifications: Master’s degree from an accredited college or university and greater than ten (10) years of work experience in a field related to FMS, logistics, program management, or technical or business analysis discipline related to acquisition, life cycle management, analysis, or planning. OR Six (6) years of work experience in a related field may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree/ Associates degree and four (4) years additional work experience in a related field may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college and four (4) years additional work experience in a related field may be substituted for a Master’s degree. Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret level security clearance. US citizenship is required. Preferred Experience: H-53 Configuration Management experience. An active secret level security clearance. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week Compensation: $117,370 - $176,000 The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity. Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
