Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field (Masterâs is a plus).
- 10+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in credit unions or financial institutions.
- In-depth knowledge of lending processes, compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Expertise in credit union operations and performance metrics.
- Proficient in Tableau or Power BI with a strong focus on data visualization.
- Strong attention to detail combined with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication skills for technical and managerial conversations.
