About The Position
Costello Medical is growing quickly through demand from both new and existing clients and is therefore looking for candidates with prior experience in healthcare consulting who enjoy content delivery, as well as project and client management, to join us as Senior Analysts in our Market Access/Health Economics, and Rare Diseases teams. Senior Analysts take a leading role across projects and work alongside Team Leads, Consultants, Analysts and Project Coordinators to ensure that they are delivered to an exceptionally high standard in line with agreed timelines. This involves regular interaction with clients over email and in meetings, including providing strategic advice, as well as internally, training and supervising the Costello Medical project team. You will also play a key role in contributing to business development by identifying new clients, writing proposals for projects with new and existing clients, building and maintaining excellent client relationships, and identifying opportunities to provide additional services within existing projects.
