As part of Shaker’s Employer Brand Strategy team, the Senior Analyst plays a critical role in shaping how organizations attract, engage, and retain talent. This role blends research planning and execution with strategic analysis and insights storytelling. The Senior Analyst will help uncover the human truths, tensions, and decision drivers that define the employment relationship — and translate them into actionable employer brand strategies. This individual partners closely with client services, creatives, and clients to define the right questions, design and lead research programs, and turn complex data into clear, compelling narratives that drive business decisions.
