As our Senior Workday Analyst, you’ll play a critical role at the intersection of People, Technology, and Business Strategy. This is a high‑visibility opportunity to support our Workday migration and evolution—driving data integrity, system performance, and meaningful insights that influence how we hire, pay, support, and grow our workforce. In this role, you’ll report to the Senior Manager leading our Workday migration and partner closely with People, IT, Finance, and Business Operations to translate real business needs into smart, secure, and sustainable Workday solutions. From assisting with system configurations and integrations to delivering impactful reporting and supporting global teams, you’ll be a trusted Workday expert and problem solver. Requirements

  • 4 - 7 years of hands‑on Workday administration, configuration, or functional support
  • Demonstrated experience with integrations, EIBs, reporting, and release testing
  • Strong Workday configuration skills across HCM modules
  • Proficiency building custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards
  • Familiarity with integration patterns, data mapping, and data validation techniques
  • Experience with testing methodologies and tools for regression and UAT
  • Strong Understanding of Security Configuration
  • Understanding of HR processes, job architecture, and workforce data needs
  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance requirements relevant to HR systems
  • Clear communicator able to translate technical details for nontechnical stakeholders
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset
  • Collaborative team player who can manage competing priorities and deliver on deadlines

  • Prior exposure to payroll, benefits, or recruiting systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the daily operation, configuration, and maintenance of the Workday platform, ensuring data integrity, security, and system performance
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, organizational structures, and HR data within Workday
  • Performing regular audits to ensure data quality and compliance with organizational and legal requirements
  • Collaborating with technical teams to design, test, and maintain integrations between Workday and third-party platforms
  • Ensuring data integrity, synchronization, and security across systems
  • Participating in the planning, testing, and implementation of service releases and mandatory semiannual releases
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and configure the system accordingly.
  • Working closely with Managers, IT, Finance, and Business Operations to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions
  • Partnering with global People teams to improve data flows, optimize business processes, and enhance the employee experience
  • Creating, modifying, and delivering HR reports and dashboards
  • Leveraging Workday’s reporting tools to provide insights on workforce metrics, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives
  • Managing user roles and permissions, monitor system access, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA) and corporate policies
  • Acting as a resource for on-going implementation strategies and cross functional projects
  • Researching and maintaining state and local tax requirements based on regulatory changes
  • Triaging and resolving system issues reported by users.
  • Providing technical support, root‑cause analysis, and timely fixes
  • Creating and delivering training, job aids, and knowledgebase articles to reduce repeat incidents
