About The Position
The Sr Analyst, Business System Development-Workday is responsible for the design, configuration, administration, and maintenance of the Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation products. This role supports and optimizes the Workday system, collaborating with HR, IT, and third-party teams to ensure system functionality aligns with business needs and enhances HR processes. The position is part of the Workday development team within the Human Resources' Enabling Solutions organization and requires a hybrid work schedule from Ally's Charlotte or Detroit locations.
