This role will be responsible for assisting with the commercial appraisal review process for SitusAMC's institutional engagements within the bank & lending team. This position provides assistance to our valuation management division, which involves assisting in a wide range of activities, coordinating the appraisal review process and working closely with and assisting the team members. The role also involves reviewing and analyzing final appraisals, executive summaries, and cash flows, and assisting with the overall process with direct client interaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above - Preferred fields of study include Real Estate, Accounting, Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Mid-level professional with 2-4 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent
• Prior commercial real estate valuation experience or applicable experience of 1+ years
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word, Argus

Responsibilities

• Assist with the valuation review process
• Complete workflow to produce on time deliveries
• Help execute valuation reviews and client consulting engagements through implementation of organizational and technical skills
• Communication/coordinate with market participants, clients, and co-workers
• Review 3rd party appraisal reports
• Develop reviews, consulting reports and other deliverables
• Work directly with the clients
